Where do you travel?+
We serve Greater Boston and surrounding Massachusetts communities. Visit our Events page for the current service-area list, or send your event location and we’ll confirm availability.
What kinds of events can I book?+
Birthday parties, weddings, corporate and employee-appreciation events, apartment gatherings, schools, graduations, festivals, fairs, fundraisers, community events, grand openings, marketing events, block parties, reunions, and more.
How far in advance should we book?+
As early as possible for peak-season weekends, weddings, and larger events. Smaller gatherings may qualify for The Quick Scoop when the truck is available.
What can guests order?+
Depending on the event and availability, guests may choose from hand-scooped ice cream, select novelties, slush, and other classic truck favorites. Specialty sundaes, floats, and premium menu items may be available as upgrades.
Do guests need to pre-order?+
No. With our private-event packages, guests can order their favorite included treat directly from the truck during your service window.
Do you offer novelty ice creams?+
Yes! We carry classic favorites alongside hand-scooped ice cream, slush, sundaes, and seasonal specials. Selections rotate based on availability.
Can you serve large events?+
Yes. The Full Sundae is designed for 100+ guests and extended service. We can help plan the service window and menu around your event.
How does payment work?+
Private-event details are arranged with the host in advance. Your proposal will outline the selected service package, applicable service fee, tax, upgrades, and payment terms.
What about allergies?+
Please tell us about any allergies before ordering. Products may contain or come into contact with milk, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, and other allergens.
